Dear Parents/Caregivers,
We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for choosing T.G.T Inc. for your transportation needs. We have been providing safe and reliable private transportation for 30 years and it has truly been a pleasure getting to know your families. We hope we have made you and your family proud and that you have enjoyed our service this past school year.
With the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 going into this upcoming school year, we are forced to wait until August to find out what the regulations for schools and busing will be. As we await word from our public health officer about how we can safely provide busing to and from schools, we are now opening registration with the hopes that we can offer busing to everyone.
Please note, things will be a bit different this year. As you may have noticed we have only included the information page of the registration forms (click here to access the Forms). Terms of agreement, rules of the bus and payment will not be required at this time as your seat will not be guaranteed. Also, we cannot guarantee prices for the 2020-2021 school year just yet. Once we get a confirmation on school bus guidelines in August, we will contact those who have registered, who we can guarantee service for and at that time communicate the busing cost. If you agree to take the seat, we will send you the updated terms of agreement/rules of the bus to sign and those forms along with payment will be due. Once routing is complete, busing information will follow (those whose seat cannot be accommodated will receive as well). We apologize in advance to parents for this uncertainty and realize this situation is not ideal, but we will not know numbers for the bus or how many schools we can accommodate until busing guidelines are released.
Kindly complete one (1) registration form for each child and return the forms in a sealed envelope with tape (please kindly do not lick the envelope) by mailing your package to our office address (located at the top of the forms) or emailing the completed form to us at tgtschoolbus@hotmail.com (no pictures please) no later than July 15th 2020.
Please note, spaces may be extremely limited, so even if you are unsure of your situation please send in a form so your family is considered for service.
